At Salizar, we want you to love your products. Our return and exchange policy is designed specifically for making it simple, fair, and hassle-free.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We’ve extended this to a 30-day return window to give you more flexibility.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging (including shoe box).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked and are not eligible for return.
3. Return Costs
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind (including wrong size, wrong color, or no longer wanting the item): You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@salizar.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging (including the shoe box).
- Drop the package off at your nearest carrier.
Tip: Always keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
- Simply return the original pair within 30 days.
- Once we receive it, we’ll send out the replacement.
- Return shipping is your responsibility if the exchange is due to change of mind/wrong size.
- Return is free if the exchange is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item.
