At Salizar, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our United Kingdom customers, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
1. Shipping Locations:
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom.
2. Delivery & Processing Times:
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
- Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) on business days or on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate..
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (typically 8–13 business days).

4. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: All orders within the United Kingdom qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at support@salizar.co.uk
- If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications:
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
7. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Tracking Page.
Please note: Some shipping providers may take 1–5 business days to activate tracking information.
8. Size Guide:
We strongly recommend that our customers use our Size Guide before purchasing to prevent wrong size choices in our products.
9. Stocking Fee:
No restocking fee: Polondo does not charge a restocking fee for returns.
10. Return Policy:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at support@salizar.co.uk with your order number and the detailed reason for return.

Authorization & Instructions: Our support team will review your request and determine who is responsible for the return shipping costs:
- If the Store Pays (Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item): We will email you a free, pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions for drop-off.
- If the Customer Pays (Change of Mind): We will provide you with the required return shipping address and instructions. You are then responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment back to us.
- Final Action: Once you receive your instructions (including a label or the return address), please pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.
Tip : Always get proof of postage when sending items back.
3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees: we offer Free Shipping so no shipping fees will be refunded
